Get to Know Me Tag or any other post directly about me is out of the norm, but I thought I’d switch it up a bit. Two of my blogger friends, Melissa of Mint Tea and Elephants and Sushmita Thakare Jain of EFR International have requested my participation in the Get to Know Me Tag. After feeling in a bit of a funk, this is exactly what I need. I’ve already learned about some things I share in common with these two ladies, so I’d be happy to share a few things about myself. Let’s get started!

This is my profile picture on most platforms besides the ones where I use my logo. I’m trying to do better and come out of my bubble.
Who are you named after?
What’s in a name? I’ve yet to announce my “real” first name to the world, and probably never will. I’m still being told how I should be ashamed for not “loving myself” and going by my “real name”.
Anyhoo, I was named after no one. It was a made-up name, and the most hideous one of all. Still, I probably owe the name some gratitude for shaping me into an entrepreneur after having to add it to my resume. LOL.
Do you like your handwriting?
I think my handwriting could use some improvement. If I weren’t me, I would think the writing came from an elementary school boy.
What’s your favorite lunch meat?
Prior to Thanksgiving, my answer would have been tuna. I know tuna’s not really a lunch meat, but it was for me since I was a pescatarian and didn’t eat me. Now, I can proudly say turkey. I prefer thinly sliced sun dried tomato turkey.
SEVEN OF THE LONGEST YEARS OF MY LIFE. That explains it all.
Do you still have your tonsils?
Yes. They’re still there doing their jobs.
Would you bungee jump?
Even though the thought of it makes my stomach turn, I still want to try it. I think I’ll work my way into it by skydiving first.
Do you untie your shoes when you take them off?
Only if I absolutely must. I try to avoid untying my shoes. I’d rather pull them off by the heel with my other foot, so I don’t even have to kneel.
I’m more of a sherbet and sorbet girl, but if I’m doing ice cream I like strawberry.
What’s the first thing you notice about people?
Most of the time, the first thing I notice about people is their height. More times than not, the people I see are taller than I am.
Football or baseball?
Football all day. I coach the team from the stadium and the sofa.
What colour pants are you wearing?
If tights really count as pants, charcoal grey.
Last thing you ate?
Just stuffed my face with a chicken finger sandwich, kung foo sauce, and fries from Foosackly’s. It feels great to get back acquainted with chicken.
If you were a crayon what colour would you be?
The obvious answer would be pink since I’m in love with the color, but as a crayon I think I’d be goldenrod. It just sounds good…goldenrod!
I love the smell of coconut. Anything that has a smell should smell like coconut.
Who was the last person you spoke to on the phone?
My mom, for about the fifth time today. She’s my biggest fan.
Black with a few stings of grey.
Favorite food to eat?
I’m satisfied with pretty much any type of pasta. I love trying foods for the first time. I just love food!
Scary movies or happy endings?
Happy endings. For one thing, scary movies scare me. Secondly, there are enough sad endings in the world and life. I should at least get to experience happy endings in movies.
Last movie you watched?
I don’t have one. All of them just feel so forced.
Beer or wine?
Night owl or early bird?
I’m a night owl who is trying my best to convert to an early bird.
Favorite day of the week?
Every day is what I make it, so every day is my favorite.
Three or (four) favourite bloggers you want to learn more about?
Sushmita Thakare Jain of EFR International (she also tagged me, so I look forward to reading her post)
Erika of Living Los Angeles
Mally of Broke Ass Girl Travel
Who were the last three people to follow your blog?
Living Los Angeles and my mom, of course.
That’s all the sharing for now. I hope you’ve enjoyed my rendition of Get to Know Me Tag, and I hope you got to know me a little. Feel free to drop a few lines in the comments to tell me what you think or what we have in common.
